Course Description

• Through this program, students will take their leadership skills to the next level with an organizational leadership degree from UNW

• Students will learn how to lead with character, inspire successful teams, influence their organization, and make an impact while developing effective business skills

• UNW’s online Master of Organizational Leadership program is intentionally designed to be both realistically attainable and undeniably valuable

• Here, students will also encounter a faith-infused organizational leadership degree that explores all aspects of human interaction and leadership through a holistic view of managing a successful organization

• Students will experience it all within a supportive Christian community to encourage them as they live out their calling
