Course Description
- The Food, Nutrition, and Health program gives learners the flexibility to pursue their interests while gaining a deeper knowledge of issues related to food production, food security, and the role of nutrition in disease prevention
- Students will study a comprehensive curriculum of their own creation as they prepare for a career in the food and health sectors, choosing from a number of electives
- Through community involvement initiatives and co-op positions, students will be able to combine their classroom learning with real-world experience
- A FNH degree marks the jumping-off point for a career that’s rich in innovation, collaboration and human betterment
- Food, Nutrition, and Health students can apply to dual degrees with Bachelor of Education or Master of Management, or one of six minors to complement their program

Academic Requirements
Graduation from a university-preparatory program at a senior secondary school:
- Standing in at least six academic subject areas (GCSE, AS Levels, A Levels), including English, with at least three academic A Levels or six AS Levels. A subject may not be counted at both A Level and GCSE.
- A Level and AS Level courses that are not sufficiently academic in content (as determined by UBC) cannot be used.
- A minimum grade of C in English Literature or English Language at the GCSE, AS, or A Level.
